You agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur on your account or by using your password by yourself or by others. The amounts on deposit of your account are under your control and will be used exclusively in accordance with your instructions in accordance with the Agreement. SUNCOM FZE keeps a commission of 10% of the transaction amount only in accordance with the Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that use of the Services, including any purchase or sale of virtual items or functionalities, is carried out in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

You understand and agree that money refunds and access to the amounts deposited with your account depend on a variety of factors, including the applicable policies of our third-party service providers. Payment of damages

Additional terms; End-user license agreement
When using the G2A Pay payment services provided by G2A.COM Limited (hereinafter - G2A Pay Service Provider) to purchase on our Site, the responsibility for your purchase is held by the company G2A.COM Limited, before it is transferred to you. G2A Pay service provider with our assistance assumes the main responsibility for payment and payment-related customer support. Final Clauses
You must not assign or transfer otherwise this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without the prior written permission of Cases4real. In the light of the foregoing, the Agreement is binding upon and shall be enforced by each party and their respective successors or assigns. SUNCOM FZE is entitled to transfer rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party without your consent.

Nothing in the Agreement shall be considered as a partnership or a joint venture between you and Cases4real.
