Monster Case

Monster Case is a unique line of cases, created specially for Cases4Real. When you open the case of this category instead of a single item you get several at once. First, you select the category of the items, and then the items themselves which will be dropped. The description and set of skins of each particular category can be found in the block "Items in case" on the corresponding page of the Monster case. Pay attention to the new rating system: compete with other players in the amounts of the obtained drop from Monster Case Skins!

Important! The mechanics of the case and some of its properties may vary depending on the chosen Monster Case. A detailed description is available on the pages of the Cases. The items from the Monster Case "Rat" cannot be sold.

Get the charges of this case every day, just for visiting the site!
For every three received charges, the level of your case will increase until it reaches the fourth level.
Opening of this case is absolutely free and does not charge anything from your account, but one of the conditions of its opening is the replenishment of your balance for a certain amount, namely:
1 level- $1
2 level - $3
3 level - $7
4 level- $17

The higher the level of the Case is, the better items it contains. For more information about items in the Case you can open its page, and go on the «Items in Case» tab after having selected one of the four levels.

Important! Opening of the Case "Homecoming" completely zeroes its charges, as well as the top up counter for the last 30 days. The level of the Case itself can not be lowered.

A New Hope

Have not been so lucky? Now it's not a problem! Collect the charges of the Case "A New Hope" for each opened case the dropped item of which was cheaper than the case itself. The higher level of the case you raise, the better drop you get!
The case is absolutely free and does not require anything except the charges to open it.

Important! Opening of the case "A New Hope" completely resets all accumulated charges! The level of the Case itself can not be lowered.

By opening the cases on the site with a low probability you can get a special item - "Joker". It disappears immediately upon receipt and give you from one to twelve charges of the case "Jokes on you». Accumulating charges, you raise the level of the case up to the fifth! Opening of the case is completely free, and the hidden items will please even the most experienced Counter-Strike player! Just open the cases and wait until you get lucky.

Payment Errors

I didn't get the money into my account! What do I need to do?

No worries. Keep calm! In rare cases, verification and confirmation by the payment systems of some transactions may take up to two hours. But if after this time the money was not credited, please, contact customer support via live chat on the site and provide one of our operators with electronic receipt of the payment which had the difficulties. The receipt can be obtained via personal account of selected payment system. A copy of receipt is automatically sent to the email address provided when processing the payment.

I have problems with recharging my balance with skins!

First of all, make sure that your account meets the following criteria:

  1. You entered on the site a valid trade URL of your Steam account (More information on how to do it is here: link to the instructions in the database)
  2. Your Steam Profile and Steam Inventory are opened (Read more: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4113-YUDH-6401&l=english)
  3. The phone number is attached to your Steam Profile. (Read more: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4440-RTUI-9218)

Notice that after the binding mobile phone number to your Profile should pass 14 days until your account can trade the items. If all the conditions are met, but you still cannot top up your balance with skins, please, contact our technical support.

I sent the items to the bot, but I didn't get money into my account!

No worries. Keep calm! The first is to check whether the trade was actually confirmed and whether the items were transferred to our bot. This can be done via the link http://steamcommunity.com/my/tradeoffers/privacy in the history of incoming trades. If the trade was confirmed, and the items were transferred, and within 10 minutes the money was not credited to the account, then you should write to the customer support via chat on the site and provide one of our operators with a secret unique trade code, which is written in the trade offer note.

Item Status

I didn't receive my item! What shall I do?

First of all, let's have a look at the status of the missing item.
In order to know the status of the item, click on the "inventory" button, which is located on the top panel of the site, next to your avatar. In the opened window, in the "elements" tab, move the cursor over the item.

Make a decision

This status means that the item is waiting for your further action. To receive this item, click on it and that click "Pick up".

The time is up

This status means that the item has been sent, but the trade offer has not been accepted by you within 30 minutes after sending. Just click on the item and press "Pick up".

Ended

The item with this status is temporarily out of stock, but soon it will reappear and it will be sent to your Steam Profile. In this case, you just need to wait a bit, usually such items are sent out within thirty minutes. As soon as the item is available, it will be sent immediately.

If you don't want to wait, you can sell the item from your inventory.

Inventory is closed

Item can not be sent because your Steam Profile or Steam Inventory are closed. To receive the item, you should go to your Steam profile, click on "Edit profile", In the opened window select "My privacy settings" and set Profile and Inventory settings to "Public"

After applying these settings, you need to re-send the item via the inventory.

Trade is not available

Your Steam account is currently unable to receive items from other users. This usually happens after changing some important data from the Steam account, such as password. In this case, you must wait until the block takes off. More details about the reasons and terms of blocking can be found here:

In most cases, the blocking of trade lasts from 7 to 30 days.

Important! Support of Cases4Real can not change the trade restrictions in Steam.

Invalid trade link

Indicated on our site Steam account trade URL is not valid anymore and should be updated.

  1. Go to Steam Profile Inventory, click on the "trade offers".
  2. Select in the right menu “Who can send me Trade Offers?”
  3. Scroll the page to the bottom and click on "Create New URL”.
  4. Copy your trade URL from the string "Trade URL" in the interface of our site by clicking on the "Trade URL" button on the main page.

After updating your trade link, you need to re-send the item through inventory.

Sent

This status means that the item was sent to you in Steam. Then in the Steam client you should click on the green notification button in the upper right corner of the client window and accept the trade offer from the bot.
You can also accept the offer through your Steam profile using the buttons: Inventory> Trade offers> Incoming trade offers.

Error

An unexpected error occurred while sending the item. Please, contact the customer support via live chat on the site and provide one of our operators with the number of this item.

Sending and confirmation

These are the intermediate statuses when you send items. In this case, you need to wait 1-2 minutes, then refresh the page and check again the status of the item.
